"X-Men" Director Files Motion To Dismiss Sex Abuse Claims

(Undated) -- "X-Men" director Bryan Singer is fighting fire with fire. Singer has filed a motion to dismiss a sexual abuse lawsuit against him. Michael Egan filed a lawsuit against Singer in Hawaii last month, accusing him and other Hollywood executives of abusing him while he was a teenager in the late 1990s. According to "The Hollywood Reporter," Singer filed the motion yesterday calling for Egan's complaints to be thrown out citing lack of jurisdiction.
