(Minneapolis, MN) -- A Minneapolis woman has been charged with attempted murder after she allegedly hit a man with her car. Police were called out to the Bull Dog bar during the early morning hours of August 15th about a man lying unconscious in the street. The man was later identified as 39-year-old Tarrince Winbush. Authorities say 37-year-old Angela Dawn Jackson is accused of hitting Winbush with her vehicle following an argument over a bar tab. The victim remains hospitalized in critical condition. Jackson is in custody at the Hennepin County Jail.
