(Undated) -- Mortgage applications continue to fall nationwide. The weekly report from the Mortgage Bankers Association finds mortgage applications dropped three-point-five percent last week. That follows a one-point-seven percent drop the week before. Loan rates were up slightly last week, with the average rate on a 30-year fixed loan growing to four-point-56 percent.
