(New York, NY) -- Three executives of a now-defunct Wall Street securities broker-dealer outfit are facing charges they defrauded investors out of more than 11-million dollars. Craig Rothfeld, Michael Romano, and Gregory Maleski have been slapped with multiple charges of grand larceny among others. The three men operated WJB Capitol Group Inc which folded two years ago. The men are accused of using investors' money to pay for luxury cars, nightclubs and hotels, home mortgages, and private school tuition.
