(Vatican City) -- The Vatican's official preacher is criticizing the mega salaries handed out to some executives. In a sermon at St. Peter's Basilica, the priest said the difference between executive pay and worker pay is part of what he called a "cursed hunger for gold." He said every evil in society is based at least in part on money. He also noted that Judas betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver. Pope Francis was on hand for the Good Friday sermon.
