(Undated) -- The U.S. is forming what Secretary of State John Kerry calls a core coalition of nations to battle ISIS. Diplomats and defense officials in Wales for the NATO summit are calling for broad support from allies and partner nations, but they're ruling out committing ground forces. Kerry said today that nations need to bolster the Iraqi security forces and others in the region to prevent the militant Islamist group from taking over territory. ISIS forces control broad stretches of Iraq and Syria.
