U.S. Battles Germany For Spot In Knockout Stage

The Americans need a win or draw against Germany to move on in their second consecutive World Cup. The U.S. will be without striker Jozy Altidore, who has been ruled out for the second straight match after suffering a hamstring injury against Ghana.
