(Portland, OR) -- An Oregon reservoir will flush 38-million gallons of water after a 19-year-old relieved himself into it. Portland City Commissioner Nick Fish says flushing the Mount Tabor Reservoir is a "conservative but correct call," even though Water Bureau officials say the potential health risk from the urinating incident is minuscule. It's not the first time the reservoir has experienced such a problem. The same thing forced officials to flush more than seven million gallons of treated water back in 2011.
