(Minneapolis, MN) -- Researchers at the University of Minnesota have made great strides in cancer research and they're sharing their developments. KARE-TV reports that a research partnership between the school and Cardiff University in England has yielded a discovery that indicates cancer could boil down to one gene. Researchers have found that they blocked cancer from developing by removing one gene that everyone has. The research was published in the medical journal Cell Reports.
