(New York, NY) -- New York City is transferring the unidentified remains of 9-11 victims to a specially-built repository at the World Trade Center on Saturday. That word went out in an email to victims' families yesterday and some of them are upset about the short notice and the timing. The move to Ground Zero comes the day before Mother's Day. Of the more than 27-hundred people reported missing in the terror attack, 40-percent still have not been identified.
