(St. Paul, MN) -- Health officials are saying two more cases of E. coli have been reported in the state. The Minnesota Department of Health says there have been fifteen confirmed cases during a recent outbreak with twelve being reported at Applebee's restaurants alone. Earlier this week, as a precaution, each Applebee's location removed the Oriental Chicken salad from its menu. The cities will confirmed cases include Blaine, Duluth, Roseville and Willmar. Health officials are still investigating to find out what caused the outbreak.
