The highest debut is "Let's Be Cops" at number three, with weekend earnings of 17-point-seven-million. The new Sylvester Stallone movie, "The Expendables 3," is opening at a disappointing number four with 16-point-two-million dollars. The new movie "The Giver" brought in 12-point-eight-million to round out the top five.
