(Undated) -- The Transportation Security Administration will post signs at more than 20 major airports alerting travelers to the warning signs of MERS. So far there have been two confirmed cases of the deadly respiratory virus in the U.S. Both patients had recently come to the United States from Saudi Arabia, which is dealing with a MERS outbreak. MERS is spread through close contact and it kills about 30 percent of people who are infected.
