(New York, NY) -- Troubled actor Shia LaBeouf will face a judge again in September. The "Transformers" star's case was adjourned today in a Manhattan courtroom as both sides reportedly work on a settlement. He's facing charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal trespassing after he allegedly got a bit too rowdy during a recent Broadway performance of "Cabaret." The 28-year-old actor is accused of yelling during the performance and slapping theater-goers on their backsides. His publicist says he's receiving treatment for alcohol addiction.
