Trial Of Movie Theater Gunman Pushed To Next Year
(Dade City, FL) -- The trial of a man charged with shooting a fellow moviegoer in a Florida theater is being pushed back until early next year. Curtis Reeves appeared in court for a pre-trial hearing this morning where lawyers laid out a timeline in the case. The 71-year-old retired Tampa police captain is charged with second-degree murder in the January shooting death of Chad Oulson. Reeves claims the shooting was an act of self-defense.
