Trial For R&B Singer Continued Again

(Washington, DC) -- The misdemeanor assault trial for R&B singer Chris Brown is being delayed again. The "Washington Post" reports prosecutors said today they won't grant his bodyguard immunity to testify for the singer because it could jeopardize his own appeal. Bodyguard Christopher Hollosy and Brown are being tried separately in charges stemming from a photo-taking incident last year outside a DC hotel.
Hollosy was found guilty Monday and is scheduled to be sentenced in June. Because of the continuation, Brown is expected to return to California, where he was being held for violating parole in Los Angeles.
