Top Republican Releases Tax Reform Blueprint

(Washington, DC) -- A top Republican is out with a tax reform plan that he says is simpler and more fair. House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp said a streamlined tax code will help boost the economy. He joked that the current tax code is "10 times bigger than the Bible," without the Bible's benefits.
In earlier remarks, GOP House Speaker John Boehner the federal tax system is broken and gets in the way of economic growth. He said Camp's blueprint is the "beginning of a conversation" that needs to happen.
