(New York, NY) -- Jimmy Fallon's new "Tonight Show" is accused of using guerrilla tactics to block guests from appearing on rival networks. "The Wrap" cites sources who claim NBC has been promising packages to big stars in exchange for them not appearing on competitors' shows for three months. The source claims the network is taking advantage of Fallon's strong ratings to monopolize guests for appearances on other NBC shows - a claim the network denies. A source at another network says booking issues may really come down to logistics more than anything else. Since "The Tonight Show" moved back to New York from Burbank, California, it's right next to other NBC shows such as "Late Night," "Saturday Night Live" and "The Today Show," making it easy for NBC to book guests across its show platform.
