(San Antonio, TX) -- Texas police say they have arrested a man they believe is tied to last year's massive Target data breach. According to an arrest affidavit, the suspect had been charged with several counts of credit card fraud in Texas and Arkansas. During the course of their investigation, officers determined the man was involved in the 70-million-dollar Target breach. It was the second-largest cybersecurity breach of a U.S. retailer.
