(Round Rock, TX) -- A Texas man is facing up to life in prison for making pot brownies. Jacob Lavoro says he fears his future is in question.
Police say Jacob Lavoro is in so much trouble because of the amount of marijuana-laced brownies he made. Lavoro's attorney tells KVUE, police are being unfair because the brownies are considered an adulterant or a way to increase the amount of product. Lavoro could be facing felony charges because the brownies contained hash oil. The 19-year-old also disputes ever giving police permission to enter his apartment.
