(Minneapolis, MN) -- Profits are down sharply for Minneapolis-based Target due to the credit and debit card breach last year. The retailer reported fourth quarter earnings fell by 46-percent and sales were down by five-point-three percent. Target's earnings for the quarter were 520-million dollars compared to 961-million a year earlier. As many as 110-million customers were affected by the data breach.
