Syria Welcomes U.S. Strikes Against ISIS, With Conditions

(Damascus) -- Syria is open to American strikes on its soil against ISIS, as long as the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is warned ahead of time. Syria's foreign minister said today his country is ready to cooperate and coordinate with regional and international efforts to combat terror, including actions from Britain and the U.S. Syria is embroiled in a three-year-long civil war, and the Assad regime has been losing ground to ISIS militants.
