(Washington, DC) -- The Supreme Court is siding with an evangelical college in Illinois over contraceptives. The court's order temporarily bars the government from making Wheaton College fill out forms to get free contraceptives for female workers under the Affordable Care Act. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor all dissented. The order follows Monday's ruling from the high court that said some private companies with religious objections do not have to provide coverage for certain types of birth control to employees.
