Still No Verdict After Six Days Of Deliberations

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Jurors in the Bryan Stow negligence case have been sent home for the long holiday weekend after again failing to reach a verdict. Defense attorney Dana Fox says the jurors are doing what he asked in his closing argument.
The jurors told the judge Wednesday that they were hopelessly deadlocked, but the judge ordered them to keep talking. Stow's attorneys say cutbacks in security at Dodger Stadium allowed the attack that left him with severe brain damage and will require around the clock care for the rest of his life. Jurors will reconvene on Monday.
