(Los Angeles, CA) -- After some starts and stops, the trial to decide whether or not the Los Angeles Clippers will be sold is underway in Los Angeles. The start of the hearing in probate court was delayed twice Monday, once after lawyers for Donald Sterling unsuccessfully tried to have the hearing moved to federal court. A second delay took place when lawyers for Shelly Sterling called Donald to the stand, but he was nowhere to be found. Donald Sterling will now testify Tuesday afternoon.
