(Los Angeles, CA) -- Donald Sterling and the NBA could be headed for a legal battle over his right to own the Los Angeles Clippers. Just before being banned from the NBA for life, Sterling told Jim Gray of Fox News that he does not plan to sell the team. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver says he is urging the rest of team owners to vote to try and force Sterling out. Three-quarters of the league's owners must give their approval and Silver says he will have enough votes to proceed. Sterling was banned for life and fined two-and-a-half million-dollars after recorded racist comments were attributed to him this past weekend.
