Tim Duncan led the way with 27 points and seven rebounds, while Tony Parker tallied a double-double with 14 points and 12 assists. San Antonio mauled Oklahoma City inside with 66 points in the paint as the Thunder played their first playoff game without the injured Serge Ibaka. Game Two is Wednesday night in San Antonio. On Tuesday, the defending champion Miami Heat try to avoid falling behind 2-0 to the Pacers in Indianapolis. With LeBron James on the roster, the Heat have won all four series they have fallen behind 1-0 in the playoffs.
