(Washington, DC) -- Eric Cantor's stunning defeat at the polls has many wondering who will take over as House Majority Leader. The number two Republican in the House lost his re-election bid in a major upset in Virginia's primary race and will be out of Congress at year's end. He was upended by Tea Party favorite Dave Brat, a political novice. Cantor was thought to be on track to eventually replace GOP House Speaker John Boehner .
