Sex Offender's Commitment Overturned By Supreme Court
(St. Paul, MN) -- Lawyers for Cedrick Ince plan to ask for him to be freed on supervised release following a ruling by the Minnesota Supreme Court. Justices have reversed a ruling committing him to the Minnesota Sex Offender Program. His case is heading back to the district court level after the state's highest court ruled the lower court needs to reconsider whether or not Ince is "highly likely" to be a repeat offender.
