Seth Meyers To Host 66th Primetime Emmy Awards
(Los Angeles, CA) -- Seth Meyers has already booked another hosting gig. NBC has tapped the new "Late Night" host to serve as emcee at the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards. The ceremony will be broadcast on the Peacock Network live from Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre on August 25th. NBC exec Paul Telegdy says Meyers' "comedic brilliance" and "expertise and ease" in front of a live audience make the "Saturday Night Live" vet a perfect choice for Emmy host. Seth also gained a little award show experience after hosting ESPN's Espys in 2010 and 2011.
