SCOTUS Denies Appeal Of Texas Execution

SCOTUS Denies Appeal Of Texas Execution
(Washington, DC) -- The U.S. Supreme Court is denying an appeal by a Texas man hoping to avoid execution. Justice Antonin Scalia turned down a request this evening by Tommy Sells to stop his execution because he didn't know where the drugs were from. Scalia upheld a similar ruling the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals made last night. Sells is going to be executed tonight for killing a young girl in 1999.
