(Lufkin, TX) -- Officials are trying to figure out what caused a roof collapse at a private prison in Texas. Nineteen inmates were injured when the roof of one the housing units at Diboll Correction Center near Lufkin came crashing down around 11:30 Saturday morning. Heavy rain in recent days may have been a factor, though it hadn't rained Saturday. The prison which holds more than 500 inmates is managed by private contractor MTC, based in Utah.
