Report: Shia LaBeouf Argued With Homeless Man Before Arrest
(New York, NY) -- Shia LaBeouf's behavior before his arrest outside of a Broadway show is being described as erratic by some. A photo posted on TMZ shows the "Transformers" actor, hours before his arrest, arguing with a homeless man. In the picture, LaBeouf is wearing the same torn blue T-shirt, scruffy jeans and construction boots he was seen wearing at the time of his arrest during a performance of "Cabaret" Thursday night. Sources tell the "New York Daily News" LaBeouf screamed homophobic remarks at the arresting officer. And another source says he smashed his head against a cell door and pounded on the walls while in custody.

The 28-year-old actor pled not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass at his arraignment Friday morning. He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on July 24th.
