Report Says U.S. Policy Misconceptions Fueling Migrant Children Surge
(Undated) -- A leaked report from a federal intelligence office says misconceptions about American policy are fueling the surge in migrant children entering the U.S. The El Paso Intelligence Center says more than 95-percent of migrants interviewed said their main reason for crossing the border was their belief that U.S. immigration policy grants "free passes" to unaccompanied children and some adult women.
