(Undated) -- Apple and Samsung might be closing in on a deal to end their worldwide war over patents. The "Korea Times" quotes a source who says the South Korean and U.S. electronics giants have recently resumed "working-level discussions" and the key issue is how to dismiss all lawsuits. Previous talks have fallen apart when the two companies couldn't agree on a dollar amount. Apple CEO Tim Scott has often said he doesn't believe lawsuits are the best way to settle patent disputes.
