Rep Says Tracy Morgan Upgraded To Fair Condition
(Undated) -- Tracy Morgan is making more progress in his recovery. A rep for the comedic-actor says doctors upgraded Morgan's condition to fair Monday, ten days after a deadly car accident left him in critical condition. Lewis Kay says Morgan's assistant Jeff Millea has also been upgraded from critical to fair. In a statement, Kay said the comedian's personality is "certainly starting to come back as well." Morgan's injuries after the accident reportedly included a broken nose, broken femur and broken ribs. He was hospitalized at the Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey where he underwent surgery for his broken leg.

Morgan's friend and comedic mentor James "Jimmy Mack" McNair was killed in the June 7th accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. A dozing Walmart truck driver has been charged with vehicular homicide and assault by auto. He pleaded not guilty to the charges at his arraignment last week.
