(Washington, DC) -- House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan is out with his new budget plan, which aims to cut federal spending by five-trillion dollars over the next ten years. Nearly half of the cuts would come from dismantling Obamacare. It also calls for increased defense spending. The House Budget Committee is expected to pass the plan, but it's not clear whether it would gather enough support to pass the full House. If it does, it will likely be dead on arrival in the Senate.
