(Philadelphia, PA) -- Philadelphia is reeling from a record downpour. Mayor Michael Nutter says a flood warning is in effect for the Schuylkill River until tomorrow afternoon. Philly was hit with nearly five inches of rain yesterday. Meanwhile, widespread flooding in the Northeast is causing sewage overflow nightmares. In Stamford, Connecticut about 25-million gallons of sewage spilled into the harbor. In Baltimore, as much as six inches of raw sewage flowed into people's basements.
