(Undated) -- Travel booking website Priceline.com is buying a popular restaurant reservations site. Priceline's CEO tells the "Wall Street Journal" the two-point-six-billion dollar purchase of OpenTable.com folds in nicely with the work Priceline already does. The move will help Priceline increase its customer base by about 15-million people. OpenTable charges restaurants a monthly fee and handles online reservations. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.
