(Atlanta, GA) -- NFL owners are in Atlanta to make some important decisions. One of the hot button items is expanding the playoffs from 12 teams to 14 teams. Also on the agenda are bids from Indianapolis, Minneapolis and New Orleans to host Super Bowl 52 in 2018. Colts owner Jim Irsay is out of rehab following his DWI arrest earlier this year and will be present for Tuesday's vote. Moving the extra point further back to make it more challenging is also up for vote.
