(Washington, DC) -- Pandora thinks it can peg its users' political beliefs based on their playlist and is looking to cash in. The "Wall Street Journal" reports that the company plans to roll out a service that enables political candidates and organizations to target users based on their political beliefs. Pandora determines those beliefs by taking a look at playlists. If a user likes Bob Marley or jazz, they're thought to lean Democratic, while if they listen to country and New Age, they may lean Republican.
