(St. Paul, MN) -- St. Paul's Palace Rec Center and ice rinks are in line for an overhaul. The city will spend nearly six-million-dollars on the project and approved over 500-grand for design and engineering work last week. The ASt. Paul Pioneer PressA reports the existing center will be reused where possible instead of being torn down and rebuilt. The city started planning the work in 2008, but had to put it on hold for a few years in order to secure some of the funding.
