Obama: Won't Tolerate Serious Problems At VA

(Washington, DC) -- President Obama insists he won't tolerate serious problems at the Veterans Affairs Department. The President said all VA health clinics are under a microscope and asked for patience while a comprehensive review is completed. Obama cautioned against rushing to judgment. The President's remarks followed a closed-door meeting with embattled VA Secretary Eric Shinseki and Senior White House adviser Rob Nabors. Obama has directed Nabors to help the VA conduct the comprehensive review. Up to 40 veterans may have died because of scheduling problems at the VA health clinic in Phoenix.
