(Washington, DC) -- President Obama is at Fort Belvoir [[ BELL-vwar ]], Viriginia, to sign a 16-billion-dollar bill that aims to reform the Department of Veterans Affairs. The legislation looks to address the long waits some veterans have to endure for care. A recent investigation showed that some V-A facilities were using secret wait lists in order to hide the wait times. It also allows vets to bill the V-A for private care if they have to wait too long.
