(Undated) -- Former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden says he has no ties to Russia's government. In an interview broadcast on NBC Wednesday, Snowden said he is not under the government's control and hasn't given any classified documents to Russia during the year he's been there under asylum. Snowden said he destroyed classified documents before he landed at a Moscow airport. Snowden says he would like to return to the U.S., where he's wanted on espionage charges.
