Nolan Speaks Out Against Possible Military Action in Iraq and Syria
(Duluth, MN) -- Eighth District Congressman Rick Nolan in Duluth today called on President Obama and House Speaker John Boehner to "postpone any unilateral decisions to escalate American military involvement in Syria or the war in Iraq" without approval of Congress.
Nolan says any decision has "consequences for precious American blood and precious American treasury." He says America should stay out of a thousand-year-old conflict "in which we have no business, and no friends."
