New Yorker Accused Of Plotting To Kill Returning Soldiers
(Rochester, NY) -- A New York man is accused of plotting to kill members of the U.S. military who were returning from Iraq. The 30-year-old suspect was arrested on Saturday on weapons charges. Prosecutors accuse him of buying two handguns with unregistered silencers from an informant. The suspect made a court appearance today and was appointed public defender attorneys. His next hearing is scheduled for June 16th.
