New York To Florida Flight Diverted Over Reclining Seat Ruckus
(New York, NY) -- It's happened again, another plane out of the New York City area has been diverted because of a ruckus over a reclining seat. A LaGuardia to West Palm Beach Delta flight was redirected to Jacksonville, Florida last night after two women got into an argument. The airline says a woman who was sleeping with her head down on a tray table got belligerent when the woman in front of her tilted her chair back. She was arrested when the plane landed in Jacksonville. On August 24th, a flight from Newark was diverted when two passengers argued about a device attached to a tray table that prevented the person in front from reclining.
