(Boston) -- Federal prosecutors are filing a new charge in the Boston Marathon bombing investigation. The Joint Terrorism Task Force arrested a 23-year-old man this morning and charged him with obstructing the investigation. The man, Krairulolozhon Matanov , is described as an associate of bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev . Tsarnaev is accused of making and setting homemade bombs that killed three people and injured more than 250 near the finish line of last year's race.
