(St. Paul, MN) -- A St. Paul couple has ten days to decide if they will keep fighting city hall over Taco Bell's new breakfast hours. Mark and Kristine Vesley live next to a Taco Bell on Snelling Avenue and are objecting to the fast food restaurant being open at 7 a.m. to serve breakfast. They took their case to the city's Zoning Board of Appeals, arguing the chain needed city approval to expand their hours. The board disagreed, and rejected their request that the Planning Commission review the new Taco Bell hours.
